Since acquiring our first properties in 2007, our mission has been to provide quality homes at below market rent rates to those in need of some help in life.
We aim to establish a long term tenancy relationship, based on respect, trust, and the desire to bring positive change to each other and those around us. This is supported through ‘helping hand’ rewards and takes the form of:
* discounted monthly rates or rewards for consistent tenancy and on-time rent payments;
* constant or reducing rent rates for well maintained properties;
* special seasonal stipends for things such as school supplies, meals, holiday gift vouchers and more…
